11x14 Intaglios - Light Blue 4 of 4

This collection uses small, three-dimensional plaster reproductions of ancient Roman and Greek carved gemstones. They were popularized during the 18th and 19th centuries as part of the "Grand Tour" tradition. The intaglios are mounted on hand-painted canvas boards.

Heavy body acrylic paint on canvas board.

Canvas board is matted to an 8”x10”. Finished framed size of 11”x14”.

Gold frames with tempered glass have slight distressing to enhance the traditional antiqued look. Dust with a clean microfiber cloth.

Signed and dated by the artist on back.
